Any damage caused to the property during the trip will be the
responsibility of the individual(s) involved and may require
compensation.

The organizer's responsibility is limited to within the

designated property boundaries. Participants are expected to
stay with their designated groups throughout the trip.

Venturing off on your own is strictly discouraged. Individuals

who choose to leave their group will be solely responsible for
any consequences that may arise.

While seats are generally reserved based on booking

sequence, participants can request seat changes amongst
themselves. The organizer will not be involved in facilitating
these changes.

The use of alcohol and other prohibited substances is strictly

forbidden throughout the adventure, especially at the
campsite and on the fort. IETE will not be held liable for any
actions or consequences resulting from substance abuse.

Tents will be allocated to groups of 3 people. Single

occupancy tents are limited and subject to availability upon
request.

Merchandise and other participant accessories will be

distributed 1-2 days prior to the trek.
 DISCLAIMER
External Transport Costs:
For traveling to places where our vehicles are not allowed
due to unforeseen reasons and circumstances, external
transport costs will be borne by the travelers.

Trip Changes:
We reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or alter the trip due to
safety reasons or any unforeseen circumstances for the safety of
the travelers.

Itinerary Changes:
The organizers reserve the right to change the itinerary timings
due to rainfall or other unavoidable conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
- If the participation is canceled before May 20th, 50% of the
amount will be refunded.
- Further, no refund will be provided for cancellations made
after April 20th.

Health and Safety:

Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and
safety during the trip. The organizers will not be held liable for
any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during the
trip.

Participant Conduct:
Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by the
trip leaders and to behave responsibly throughout the trip. The
organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the
trip if their behavior is deemed to be disruptive or dangerous to
themselves or others
Monetary Refund:
In case where a traveler is compelled to discontinue the tour due
to any reason whatsoever including illness, death, or loss of any
kind, no claim shall be entertained for the refund of unutilized
services.
