1. Production House will ensure all safety & security measures. Chorki will not be liable if any incident & damages occurred during the execution of the
project. 2. Project Schedule: Project will be submitted according to delivery
timeline.
3. Weather contingency/Political Disruptions will not be charged from client.
4. VAT & TAX will be deducted at source as per Govt. rules.
5. Payment: 25% amount will be paid after Agreement, 25% Before Shooting & 25% of the amount will be paid after successful completion of final project
work with presentation. The final 25% of the bill will be paid after 30 working days from the day of bill submission.
