anniversaire. Elle a été vue pour la dernière fois à Roanoke, en Virginie. Sa survie est cruciale.

Hello. I wrote one of the biggest campaign for Shadowrun here (more than
one million sign).

It's about Dunkelzahn will and the way to resolve the mystery of his death
and, eventually, his rebirth.

One of the plot of my " season 2 " was about the way of finfing Mary Beth
Tyre.

I decided, before writting it, to make some researches in Google and I saw
that you wrote something about her in Crossroads.

My questions are quite simple.

Who is, really, Mary Beth Tyre ?
Is she a drake or something like that ?
Did you wrote something about her past ?

My idea (for my campaign) was that she was a drake and that she would be
the leader of the team that would bring back " Lethe " to his reincarnation
around year 2070 with the children of some player characters.

I hope, my english won't be too difficult to understand for you. But i'm
really better when i read thant when i write... :)

At this point, anyone (or anything) you want her to be : )

Right now, I don't know of any plans to expand on Mary Beth's background or
true nature, so you can do whatever you want with her in your own stories.
FanPro (the current publishers of Shadowrun) may decide otherwise in the
future and use Mary Beth in a sourcebook or adventure, but for right now,
there's nothing more about her background or her future fate.

brought to her ?

I keep on with my campaign. It speaks also about :
a big big investigation (more than 300 000 signs) about one of the pictures
in Dunkelzahn's will..
The future of shadowrun universe (around 2180, 2400 and 3000)

Let's just say, also, that i think that your work was really great on
shadowrun and that i hope you'll still work for Fan pro...

I have another question. I know it will sound a little bit weird for you.
But the one who don't ask can never have answers.

I was really impressed by the work of Nigel Findley (He was my favorite at
Fasa). Do you know how he died so young ?I tried a lot of researches on
www. But i never found it.

No, not really, so write your plot any way you want. Sounds like an

Nigel had a fatal heart attack at his home in the Pacific Northwest. He was

alone at the time and apparently passed away quite suddenly. I

unfortunately

didn't get to know Nigel all that well before he died, we only met a couple

times at conventions. He was a very kind and pleasant fellow and his death

was quite a loss to the Shadowrun and RPG communities.

Well thanks for your answer. You will find it a little weirdy but, let's
say

that I think that dying of a heart attack is less dramatic than in a car

accident. Dying so young from the heart sounds light the clock of destiny,

dying in a car accident is a little bit unfair for me.

It's really strange, the other person I enjoyed the work (a french drawer)

died very young (age 31) from anevrism.

Life is a bitch for some people.

I was wondering, what was the material Nigel Findley left when had to work

I'm using it right now (my pcs are only in 2058) and they are working for
the

cause of dunkelzahn. They have also discovered that Rowena O'malley is a

drake in my campaign and have really impressed the brave Rowena with their

magic skills (my campaign is focused on high magic level with pcs wielding

some special gifts : an immortal, a very weird shaman, a psionist, a

mutant,

I worked on Hualpa and Ghostwalker for the Dragons of the Sixth World
sourcebook, along with game material on dragons in general.

Ghostwalker… A big thread was written about him in the biggest french forum about Shadowrun. A
few of us were thinking that GW was Dunkelzahn's reincarnation. The others, a lot more numerous,
were arguiing that Ghostwalker was Icewing, his brother.
I am in the second way of thinking. And i have to write a big plot about him. A piece of my campaign
was that the players were driven to some metaplans / alternate sci-fi reality to look for the horn of this
dragon and to threw it in the rift of Washington (Caimbeul, in fact, is designed to throw this artefact).

I will wait a little biit so, to see if i'm really in the good " camp "
Er, I also read an interview or your profile on e french rpg community.
It was written that your were very proud of your job on Mutants and Masterminds for D20 system. A
game that is not released yet in France.
It's funny, ''cause as an "amateur", i am known on french rpg sites for my "passion" for mutants. I
wrote rules for the way i see them for D20 system, Shadowrun, Mage, etc…
I saw your favourites rpgs too. Same as mine.
It made me smile. One my favourite rpg author has nearly my age and the same preferences in rpg.

I put a little bit of Mage in my Shadowrun by now. A strange thing about Arcanes of Tarot and a very
weird community of sex worshipper in the future (around 2400). I like being a little bit unofficial. The
"privilège " of "amateurs" you know…

Thanks a lot for your answers. I don't really think you will spoil the truth about Ghostwalker (Who is
really that " guy " ?) or who is really " Orange Queen " in the shadowtalk of the matrix. You are not that
type of guy ain't ya ?
