Mr. Sajad Ahmad. Mr. Syed Ale Mateen, Yasir Naeem associated with AMC a Cost & Management
Accountants fim to appear and represent my cases to Inland Revenue authorities, FTO and Appellant
Tribunal cases relating to tax year 2015 and onward: and to produce other necessary documents
connected therewith, their statement explanation in this regard will be binding on me.
I further authorize them to make correspondence with the authorities, inspect our record, receive refund
vouchers, copies of orders, documents and generally to do all acts that may be necessary for and during
any of the above proceedings.
