 70% of advance against the contract value.

 20% of progress payment,

 10% of Payment after the work completion

 Quotation Validity is 15 Days only,

 Payment should be CDC.

 If the payments terms are not made as agreed, we reserve the right to stop the work on site.

 Any Local Authority Approval/Charge Excluded.
(RCD/FEWA / TRAKEES/DU/ETISALAT/DCD/RTA/MUNICIPALITY etc.)

 If any other additional works other than the above scope shall be treated with additional
cost.

 Entry Site Access/Passes, permit from authority, any approvals, Permission to enter the site
will be by Client.

 Any power, Fire Protection, IT, DATA, Emergency Lighting and Music System related work
excluded.

 Annual Maintenance Contract was Excluded,

 Quantity is determined based on the client. Any disparities between the specified quantity
and the actual on-site conditions will result in adjustments to the quotation.

 Any Civil/Core Cutting Work Excluded.

 We only consider one DB and one SMDB for modification; any new supply of DB and
SMDB is excluded from consideration.

 supply & installation of Steel Floor Grating was Excluded.

 All measurements and quantities are subject to verification.

 Client should allot separate location for material storage,

 Option 1 carpet same as an existing carpet and It’s customized one so it’s Little bit
Expensive,

 option 2 carpet is like the existing carpet 50% of matching.

 Dimming Panel Existing is not available so we suggested new Dimming panel.

 Acoustic self-adhesive 60x60 Rockhole replacing only we considered.
