QUANTUM NEO
FILTER PRESSURE DROP MEASUREMENT - B / D / E
DESCRIPTION BENEFITS
The Cerulean Quantum Neo test station is a flexible and comprehensive Pressure drop with auto-
platform for Quality Control testing of filters. The design is such that the calibration
user can specify the sampling, measurement and control options from a Pressure drop - vacuum
“mix and match” menu to customize the whole system to meet his own
specific needs. Pressure drop - pressure
The Quantum NEO ‘B‘, ’D’ and ’E’ shelves provide an accurate and repeat- RS 232 port
able measurement of pressure drop (RTD - resistance to draw) of individual Comprehensive configuration and
filter rods. diagnostic facilities
The unit is designed to be suitable for rods with either a porous or Built upon trusted Cerulean QTM
non-porous outer wrapper and is available in both vacuum (B & D) and technology
pressure (E) versions. The ‘D’ type shelf is fitted with an internal calibration Multilanguage support
standard to auto-calibrate and it can also be fitted with an alternative bobbin
to measure ventilation open pressure drop of filters. It is robust and highly
reliable for application in production environments as well as laboratories.
Measurement statistics, operational modes, operator prompts and
calibration information are shown on the Quantum Neo touch screen
user-interface. Results and statistics are stored in a flexible database and
can be displayed on the Quantum Neo touch screen user-interface.
