My name is Mahamoudou Kaba; I am on active duty in the army and currently
stationed in Germany. I joined the army in 2019, went to Fort Jackson (SC) for basic combat training, and was followed by advanced individual training at Fort Lee (VA), where I graduated as a supply specialist. I am married and have three kids: two girls and one boy. I was born and raised in Ivory Coast (West Africa), where I learned and acquired much experience, allowing me to face some challenges. I moved to the state in 2017 to learn more, develop new skills, and improve our living conditions. I got my associate degree in accounting in 2011 and my bachelor's in audit and management control in 2014. I worked as an accountant in an accounting firm and real estate company, which allowed me to know the world of finance. I also speak French and Mandigo (west African dialect). For my hobbies, I like to spend my free time with my family and cook with my wife because we always look for new culinary things. I enjoy listening to music, playing video games, and soccer. My enrollment in this program is driven by a keen desire to master the foundational principles of leadership and assimilate advanced knowledge crucial for my personal and professional development. This program represents a strategic step toward refining my managerial skills, enhancing my strategic thinking, and expanding my understanding of complex business operations. I wish you all good luck for this semester.
