Inverter Setting

First, pls press down “PRG” key on the panel , and use the arrow key to choose
the parameter you need.

STEP 1.Set FP-01=1，it’ll restore all the setting to factory default setting.

STEP 2.Motor Self-learning（Please don’t install the conveyor on this step）

Set the parameter of motor:
F1-00=1
F1-01=100W
F1-02=100V
F1-03=1.2
F1-04=30
F1-05=225
F2-00=22
F2-03=22
F2-14=1000
When you finish the upon setting, pls set F1-16=3，and then press down the OPEN key on the
operation panel of the inverter. Then pls wait for a while to finish the self-learning.

STEP 3.Confirm the direction of the motor and whether the limit signal is correct.
（Pls ensure F0-01=1）D1-D4 light is on the operation panel
a. Manually rotate the motor to clockwise, if D2 light is brightening ,the signal is correct.
b. Manually rotate the motor to another direction, if D2 light be off, the signal is correct.
c. Manually rotate the motor, pls check D3 light whether flashing when you rotate the motor
per round, if no maybe the signal is incorrect. If the direction of a,b step is opposite, pls
change UVW of the motor any two phase, then return to STEP 2.
d.If the closing door limit signal is effective,D1 light will brighten; If the opening door limit
signal is effective,D4 light will brighten.

STEP 4.Self-learning the distance of the door. (Before this step pls install whole the electrical
door)
1.Set Opening door parameter：
F300=8HZ
F301=0.5S
F303=30HZ
F304=0.5
F305=3HZ
F306=0.5S
2. Set Closing door parameter：
F400=8HZ
F401=0.5S
F403=30HZ
F404=0.5
F405=3HZ
F406=0.5S

3.Set distance control parameter：

F604=5%
F605=85%
F606=96%
F607=5%
F608=83%
F609=97%

5.Final step setting
F0-01=1
F0-02=2
F8-10=6
F6-00=1
Press down the OPEN or CLOSE key, the motor will self-learning the distance of the door. At
this time, the door will close firstly, and when door close to the end it’ll open later by itself,
then it’ll close the door when the door open to the end. It’ll finish the self-learning until the
door close to the end.
