Subject: Request for “Shift Adjustment”

Sir/Madam,

I have been working with SHAPES since 06-09-2006 in “Sales & Marketing” and during this period I
tried my best to serve the company and fulfilled responsibilities specified by management and now as I
have been moved to “Billing & Recovery” department, I try my best to serve our valuable members since
last few months.

It is humbly requested that please adjust my duty shift from 03:00 pm to 10:00 pm for a month because
my selection has been confirmed for a Government job in Education department (08:00 am to 02:15
pm) as my training is underway and I also want to continue my “Shapes” job as being a married person It
was very difficult for me to meet expenses in one salary.

It is again requested that please consider my application keeping in view my association and loyalty with
the company.

I shall be very thankful to you for this kind favor.
