Good day!

I am writing to request a reservation for the discussion room at College Library on November 21, 2023,
Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon. Our group consists of six people, and we plan to use the
room for practice session and discussion for our Project Proposal.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm the availability of the discussion room during the
requested time slot and reserve it for us. If the room is not available, please let us know if there are any
alternative dates or times that we can use.

Please let us know if there are any specific guidelines or procedures that we need to follow when using
the discussion room. We will ensure that we comply with all library policies and regulations.
