The stuffing box 26140 has to be welded on the Transformer tank.

The shaft of the Tap Changer must come out of 59 mm from the outside of the stuffing box.
Fit the following order :
- the ring BP25 20/25x16 inside the stuffing box

- the 2 O-rings R16 inside the stuffing box
- the spacer 26312 inside the stuffing box
- the repeater disc 26369 on top of the stuffing box
To fix the repeater disc on the stuffing box, tighten the 2 screws SH CP M8-16 and the 2 screws SH CC M8-16
- Place the wheel on the shaft. It must be in contact of the spacer 26312.
Warning ! The position index must be inserted in the same position as the tap changer is operated.

Fingers of male part of Cardan joint
- Remove the wheel (fixed by screw H M8-30) and the repeater disc 26369 from control device.
- Place gasket (not supplied) on Transformer tank.
- Place remaining parts of control device in position by introducing the plug-in part through tank hole and sliding fingers of male part of cardan
joint into slot of coupling disc 0826251. Bolt fixing flange on the tank by its 6 holes dia 14 mm.
- Numbering disc 26369 must be fixed in position by 2 screws with pointed end Hc M8-16, which are locked by 2 screws with flat end Hc M8-
16.
Place the numbering disc 26369 in wished position and fix it with a screw with flat end.
Drill a cone housing on the stuffing box 26253 (or 0126253) by the hole M8 of repeater disc 26369 remained empty and set a pointed screw
into it. Take off the screw with flat end, drill a cone housing into the second hole and set the pointed screw.
Lock these 2 screws with the 2 screws with flat end.
- Check that the moving contacts of the Tap Changer are still in exact position.
- Pull the shaft of control device against the boss, place the wheel with finger 26376-3 in the same position as the tap changer is operated.
Take care to keep a small longituninal clearance, not to block the rotation of the shaft and immobilise the wheel with the temporary
hexagonal head screw H M8-30, then drill the pin-hole dia 5 mm through wheel and shaft.
- Place the 5x50 elastic pin.
- Check running of Tap Changer in every position.
