SF Duites:

• To be able to focus on both support and project works involve and implement SAP HCM
starting from Project Preparation, Business Process, Blueprinting, Functional Specifications,
Realization and design.
• Involve in all aspects of project work: Design, Configuration, Unit Testing, User Acceptance
testing, Integration testing and documentation, Data Conversion/Migration Debugging the
critical issue, End user training and support Normalization and post-production.
• Participated in Requirement Gathering and preparing the Functional Specifications and
Technical Solution design documents for the SAP HCM requirements.
• Should work on configuration changes for support and projects works for SAP HCM.
• Point of contact for BSI upgrades and responsible for implementing the BSI TUB’s and
cyclic’s for SAP HCM payroll processing.
• Responsible for SAP HCM Support pack implementations and testing.
• Should configure payroll Schemas and Rules in SAP HCM as per the business requirements.
• Should work on Year-End tables configuration and Year-End tax updates in SAP HCM to
support upcoming years payroll processing.
• Should prepare the Functional and Technical Specifications for Third Party Interfaces and
develop the interfaces in SAP HCM as per the business requirement.
• Responsible for implementing and testing SAP Notes for SAP HCM.
• Able to work on SAP HCM and FI integration should configure and test the wage types for
G/L Postings.
• Should support SAP payroll configuring for the listed topics: Payroll Areas, Control Records,
Wage types, Retroactive accounting, Deductions, Cumulations, Schemas, Garnishments,
Taxes, EFT, Off-cycle activities and Third-party remittances.
• Work with client members and other employees in implementing SAP Projects-Specialized
work including but not restricted to leading team and consulting across SAP HCM Modules
such as SAP PA, SAP PD, SAP Time, SAP Benefits and SAP Payroll etc. as per client
requirement.
• Configure and build the system as per the blueprint document and functional specs using
tools like SAP APAP, SAP NetWeaver, ALE/IDOC, SAP PI to meet customer requirements.
• Able to work on SAP Debugging for critical production issues and resolution.
• Should work on SAP HCM production issues as per the ticket’s priority.
• Able to work on addressing SAP Payroll tax issues and HRSP issues.
• Able to work on SAP Benefits Administration: Enrollment, Participation, Termination, Benefit
Area, Health Plans, Insurance Plans, Savings Plans, Flexible spending Accounts and Benefits
integration.
• Able to work on SAP Time Management: Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Absence
Valuation, Time Wage type selection rules.
• Able to work on SAP Personnel Administration: Master Data, Enterprise Structure (Personnel
area, Personnel subarea, Employee Group, Employee Sub group), Pay Scale Types & Areas,
Pay Scale groups & Levels, Personnel Actions.
• Able to work on SAP Organization Management: Maintaining the Master data. Hands on
experience in preparing Win shuttle scripts for loading the org structure for
implementations.
• Training business users for new system and best practices.
