compacter.
Land surveyor – set out piers
Second step is set out piers
Using measuring instruments, the surveyor
marks the position of the pile at the site,
keeping it vertical and at the same height, and
set out piers into mark point.
Drilling hole for piers
Third step is drilling
Using the ground drill to drill a hole at the
site, capping beam should be measured
before determining the depth of the hole。
Lower reo. cages into hole
Fourth step is putting lower reo cages into hole .
Worker put reo cages into hole , Cages should left long to tie into capping beams
Capping beam reo. is then tied on top of flat and level surface.
Pour concrete
The fifth step is pour concrete , pour concrete into
hole , Blinding concrete placed over piers to form
even base.Capping beam reo. is then tied on top of
flat and level surface.
Continue to pour concrete
Require :
water
Concrete mixer or wheelbarrow and shovel
Float machine
Plastering trowel
wood
The broom
Capping beam
The sixth step is installing capping beam
beams are installed on the pier to connect all the piers to form a stress plate
to help support the building on the ground.
Bulk excavation
The seventh step is bulk excavation
The work of bulk excavation is
loosening, breaking, digging, and
transporting soil and rock.
Large hydraulic engineering excavation,
multi-use mechanical construction
Hydrostatic Drains

The eighth step is hydrostatic drains

Worker Dig drains around the site or use pump water drains water out of
the site
Shotcrete work

The ninth step is shotcrete work ,

First Is the mix of concrete through the grouting pump to the NOZZLE,
and then use air pressure to put them out (worker must wear PPE)
