Dear Miss Oguntoye,

OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

With reference to our discussions, we are pleased to offer you employment as an Associate in this
Firm with effect from 1st March, 2022.

You will be entitled to a renumeration and allowance of N200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira)
per month after the Probation period of three months during which you will be entitled to a
renumeration at the discretion of the Firm. .

Your schedule of duties shall include the following days of the week, Monday, Tuesday, and
Thursday, whereby you are mandated to physically be on duty. You may however be called upon to
put in extra hours of work or to complete some assignments remotely as the exigencies of your
duties may demand.

Any absence from duty must be excused by the undersigned.

This Firm frowns on independent private practice with its materials and resources. All briefs taken
by you shall therefore be turned over and serviced under the usual supervision of the Firm. The
Firm shall remunerate you 30% percentage of the fees or more based on mutual agreement with
you.

Congratulations on your appointment as an Associate of the law firm. We trust that you will put in
your best in all assignment the Firm shall pass on to you, exhibiting virtues of diligence, honesty
and loyalty.
