Dear Ms. Miew Lan,

It’s with regret that I inform you of my resignation from my role as Web Developer at
RAMSSOL Group. I am hereby giving you 2 months’ notice (after deduction with the annual
leave – 19 days leave) of my departure, with my final working day being 9 th June 2022.

During this period, I am more than happy to help in any way possible with the handover
process. I’ll return the office asset (ILLEGEAR laptop, laptop bag).

I would like to thank you for the opportunities that I have been given in this role; I have
thoroughly enjoyed working as part of your team. I’ve had many great experiences while
working at RAMSSOL Group especially involving Project X (HARU) that I am particularly
grateful for, such as the opportunity to develop my frontend web angular development skills
during the HARU project and being given responsibility for designing the UI & UX for HARU.
