 Hydraulic power pack - The hydraulic power pack is equipped
1.3 with a 12.5 HP (9.3 kW) CG motor, a double vane pump
manufactured by Yuken, and a Yuken directional control valve. It
is designed to generate a pressure range of 2500 to 3000 PSI with
a uniformly distributed and high-speed pump flow of 100 to 120
LPM. This system operates a 200MT hydraulic cylinder in the main
press and it also equipped with an effective water cooling system.

Buyer’s Scope:

• Hydraulic Oil 450 litres, Gear Box Oil: 20 litres, Electric Starter for PAN Mixer and all other electrical items
including power supply availability to the machine.

• All kinds tools & tackles required during installation and commissioning such as grinding, welding, gas
cutting, drilling, hydra etc. facilities shall be provided by the buyer during installation & commissioning and
service period.

Seller shall send you details of machine lay-out, foundation drawing and tools-tackles required for carrying
out installation and commissioning at the buyer’s site after receipt of confirmed PO.

• Site readiness including all civil work for foundation, concrete grouting etc.

• Provide to & fro travel charges, local conveyance, lodging and boarding at free of cost for two of Seller’s
personnel at buyer’s site during installation and commissioning period.

2 Packing & Forwarding Packing & forwarding @ 2% of the basic price will be charged extra

3 Taxes and duties As applicable at the time of despatch. GST @ 18 % indicated in the offer

 To be arranged by Buyer. OR, buyer shall have to pay @0.5 % of basic price as insurance

premium for safe and hassle-free transportation
5 Freight To be borne by the Buyer OR else to be paid by the buyer at actuals
6 Delivery 6-8 weeks from the date of receipt of firm and clear Purchase Order
Payment 40 % of the total cost including GST shall have to be paid in advance along with the PO.
60 % of the total cost including GST shall have to be paid prior to despatch
All payments are to be made in the form of Demand Draft or Cheque at par payable at
Keonjhar. Buyer can also transfer the amount through RTGS as per our bank details
furnished below.

Order once booked cannot be cancelled after agreed date of despatch. However, if order
is cancelled within one week of date of Purchase Order placement, 50 % of the advance

shall be forfeited and rest 50 % of the advance paid shall be refunded after a lock-in
period of SIX months.
• Standard 12 month’s warranty shall be provided from the date of Supply of the
machine against any manufacturing defects or poor workmanship.
• Bought-out items if any shall be guaranteed for the guarantee/warranty provided by
its Supplier / Manufacturers.
• However, no warranty / guarantee shall be covered for any kind of rubberised items,
plastic items and all electric/electronic items including PLC etc.
• The warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage/s caused by stones/un sieved sand,

foreign materials, misuse or poor operation of system, carelessness, transportation,
unloading, positioning and assembly breakage, wrong usage by the Buyer’s personnel,
tampering, sabotage, use of spurious spares not recommended by the Seller etc.
• The components subject to wear & tear like moulds etc. are excluded from the
Warranty.
• Note: Daily preventive maintenance is mandatory to ensure proper performance and
buyer should have Trained Operator/s and one Electrician.
Installation and commissioning charges @ Rs. 2000/- per person per day for two persons
shall be borne by the buyer. Specified time for completion of installation and
Installation and commissioning shall be 04 ~ 06 days. Buyer is requested to keep everything ready at site

Commissioning for carrying out installation & commissioning. Delay caused on account of Buyer like
unable to provide front of installation & commissioning shall be charged extra and
warranty shall be reduced by that many number of days.
All resources shall be arranged by the buyer at the installation site for unloading and safe
11 Unloading at site storage of machineries and equipment. Buyer shall provide a covered and lockable shed
protected from water/ moisture/ damage/ theft etc.
12 Validity The offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer
13 Jurisdiction Dispute/s if any is subject to Keonjhar jurisdiction only
Unless otherwise mentioned, our general terms & conditions of sale shall apply
14 General Terms We reserve the right to change / amend / modify the design / drawings of our
machineries/ equipment without prior notification whatsoever it may be. We also
