BREDA was represented by Shri Pankaj Kr.
Pandey (PM-ERR); SBPDCL was represented
by Shri Purushottam Prasad (CE/COMM), Shri
Manish Kumar (ESE/HT), Shri Abhay Kumar
(AEE/COMM) along with their consultants.

During the hearing, the Petitioner M/s Shree

Cement Ltd. explained the issue and argued the
matter. Further, representatives of SBPDCL
requested for imposition of cross subsidy
surcharge on Solar Energy purchased under
Short Term Open Access (STOA).

The Commission heard the arguments at

length and reserved the order.
