Required Documents:
1. Trade License / Legal entity certificate/ Registration Certificates.
2. Membership Certificates from Chamber of Commerce and Industry or National
manufacturing associations, or other traders association, membership certificates in
relevant associations.
3. ISO Certificate and other Quality Management System Certificate.
4. Company profile, Annual Reports, Latest Audited Financial Statement.
5. Updated VAT certificate.
6. Organogram wise Management people details and their contact information along with
Photographs (Contact Person and Owner/Chairman/Managing Director/Chief Executive
Officer etc).
7. Bank Solvency certificate.
8. Product portfolio.
9. Customer List.
10. Import Registration Certificate and Export Registration Certificate.
11. Product and Service catalogues, brochures, technical specifications literature if applicable.
12. Manufacturers are requested to provide a detailed list (attach a separate sheet) of
machinery and details of the production premises and production capacities and quality
control mechanism, origin of raw materials etc.
