2. Interested bidders can check the e-Auction details and also download the auction document/s, to check the

Bidder Registration Process

1) Open https://eauction.adaagra.org.in/ (https://eauction.adaagra.org.in/ )

2) Click on Bidder Registration Link ( )
3) Fill the Required Information ( )

Bidder Log In
1. Bidders need to enter login ID and Password then system generates an OTP and shares it with the User on
its registered mobile number & eMail ID. ( ई औ

OTP will be valid for next 3 minutes: Users are requested to verify the OTP and shall login into the system. (

Search Auctions

1. Click on Live Tab for searching active property e-auction. ( ई-

2. To view Auction Notice Click on Event Notice under Action Tab. (

3. To Download Documents Click on Document icon under Action Tab. (

4. To Pay EMD Amount Click on Participation Fee & EMD under Action Tab. (ई

5. To participate in the Auction Click on Accept T&C under Action Tab. (

Interested bidders can check all the live e-Auction and download the document to check the details of the e-Auction
and the respective conditions of it ( ई- औ ई-

Online Payment of EMD (ई )

1. Payment Dashboard ( )
 Bidder can pay the Registration Fees/EMD for the e-auction he / she wish to bid for ( ई-

 The Registration Fees EMD can be paid through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking & Challan (

On making of successful payment – user will get the confirmation message on screen – stating that payment is

The entire process for EMD Payment would remain same as the payment process for registration fees. (ई

After successful payment of Participation fees and EMD users will get the option to click “I agree” to click upon and
to proceed further for next steps in bidding. ( औ ई

Bidder can select no. of increments he/she wishes to quote and click on “Submit” button (

Upon clicking the submit button the system will ask to confirm the quote twice, to avoid any bid quoted by bidder in

Upon accepting the bid amount, the system will flash a message stating “Bid Submitted Successfully” OR “Bid
Rejected” message, based on the various parameters of the e-Auction i.e. Reserve Price / Incremental Value /

Upon bid confirmation, the system will show the Current rank with bid price of the bidder highlighted as under.

In case if the bidders has paid the EMD Amount for 1 Property and is the H1 Bidder (Highest Bidder) In any property
listed in eAuction bidding hall, and tries to bid for more properties in bidding hall, system will not accept his bid and
will restrict the bidders stating: “Exceeds the bid capacity based on EMD submitted”, ( 1

Bid Revision ( )
when a new bidder visits the bidding hall, he would be able to see the current bid price of the property in bidding
hall – he won’t be able to know the name who is participating. ( ई ,

Further he/he may increase the bid by selecting number of increments and may be a H1 bidders in bidding hall.

In system- if you are H1 bidders and other bidder out bids you in bidding hall during the live auction, your rank will
be automatically change from 1 to 2 or may be more with respectively as the same can be seen in below screen

Once your rank change from Rank 1 to Rank 2 or more, you are free to switch the property and bid in any other
property listed in bidding hall with similar or lower EMD amount that you have paid at the beginning. (
