Applying for your Student’s Pass


Curtin Singapore will lodge your Student’s Pass application to the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) on your
behalf after we receive your Acceptance of Offer form, Student’s Pass eForms, signed Standard PEI-Student Contract and payment.
The Student’s Pass processing time will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks. You are required to have a valid Student’s Pass before
your course commencement therefore please provide the required documents to Admissions Office before the Student’s Pass
application closing date.

Student’s Pass application documents


You will need to submit the following documents before we can lodge your Student’s Pass application:

• One set of completed eForms (eForm 16 and V36)


• One recent passport-size photograph. Refer to the ICA digital photograph guidelines
• Birth Certificate in language of origin and translated/notarised copy

If one of your parents/spouse is a Singaporean national (citizen or PR), please refer to the website here for the additional
documents required.
We will declare the information as stated on eForm. The evidence of financial proof will only be submitted to ICA if requested. It is an
offence under the Immigration Act to make any false statement, representation or declaration in connection with a Student’s Pass
application.
