Founded in 2018, Beijing PHIHUA International Education Technology Co.,
Ltd. (PHIHUA) is located in Beijing, China, as well as having an office in the
Philippines. PHIHUA is committed to transnational cooperation in
internationalization of vocational education.
Bringing-in: We offer resources and guidance in introducing
international advanced vocational education courses to China in order to
promote the high-quality development of vocational education in China.
Going-out: We provide technical assistance and logistical support in the
delivery of Chinese characteristic vocational education courses to the
world so as to foster international students to come to China not only to
study but also to work.

Beijing PHIHUA International Education
Technology Co., Ltd. (PHIHUA), established in
2018, located in Beijing Zhongguancun Overseas
Students Pioneer Park , is an international
education service organization founded by
overseas returnees.
02 PRINCIPLE & STRATEGIES
PHIHUA is deeply involved in the field of transnational vocational
education, and the core business of PHIHUA is "Research, Development
and Operation of transnational vocational education programs".

Guided by the “Belt and Road Initiative”, adhering to the strategy of

"going-out and bringing-in", PHIHUA aims to cultivate international
vocational and technical talents through the collaboration with
international advanced vocational education resources, to build a
Chinese characteristic vocational education brand and to promote
high-quality development of modern vocational education in China.

PHIHUA's mission is to:
1. Offer resources and guidance in introducing international advanced
vocational education courses, to promote the high-quality development of
vocational education in China.
2. Provide technical assistance and logistical support in the delivery of
Chinese characteristic vocational education courses, to foster the
integration of Chinese vocational education with the world.
3. Improve the vocational skills, foreign language proficiency and academic
level of both Chinese and international students, to assist them to find jobs
globally.
4. Promote vocational education exchanges and cooperation between China
and other countries from the world in various methods.
 VISION
The vision of PHIHUA, is of a highly efficient team of diligent and
professional personnel, ready to provide support and resources
to capacity students both in China and other countries in
improving their vocational skills, foreign language proficiency
