Fisher Kit and Components
Chesterton’s Fisher Kits are specifically designed
to be used on Fisher’s E-Body pneumatically actuated
control valves. The kit contains all the parts necessary
to repack the valve in the field using Chesterton’s
Live Loading System. All packing rings are cut to allow
installation without removal of the valve actuator,
simplifying the valve repacking procedure in the field.
Kit contents include:
• One packing set
• One pre-cut carbon spacer
• Two pre-engineered live loading assemblies
• Two new gland studs and nuts

TECHNICAL DATA 1724E

The 1724E is a 5-ring die-formed, packing stem friction from pure graphite material Temperature Limit:
