Position assessment:
Since late March, the freshman representatives and I have collaborated diligently to achieve
notable results. Our focus has been on organizing the Students VS Staff Basketball Game, a task
we've been actively involved in since the end of March. This involved reaching out to both staff
and students via email, creating promotional materials such as posters and social media
announcements, as well as holding multiple meetings with our Head Advisor, Mr. Perez.
cashbox requests, procedure forms, and facility requests. Together, we brainstormed ideas for the
halftime game. For the event itself, we encouraged attendance from the leadership program and
managed attendance records as freshman representatives. Apart from this, we've been dedicated
to planning the Leadership Banquet and deciding on a gift for Mr. Perez. To gather ideas, we
convened a meeting with the freshman representatives and sought input from upperclassmen on
their previous gifts to Mr. Perez. After careful consideration, we decided on presenting him with
a Notre Dame hat, along with handwritten letters expressing our appreciation. Furthermore, we
organized a group photo, signed by all of us, to accompany the gift. Additionally, I've maintained
personal organization and focus amidst the school's final months. My mock interview experience
was successful, thanks to diligent preparation, which included crafting emails, resume, cover
letter, and acing the interview itself. Moreover, I fulfilled my community service commitment by
volunteering for three hours at Park View. Attending a mandatory Leadership Meeting on April
18 during lunch, I submitted my permission slip for the upcoming core camp.
