A. General Description of Organization (Summarize the following about the overall organization)
1. The ownership and management of the organization including the organization structure.

2. The basic philosophy or mission of the organization.

 PNP MISSION
The PNP shall enforce the law, prevent and control crimes, maintain peace and order,
and ensure public safety and internal security with the active support of the community.

3. The facilities and services of the entire organization.

The facilities and services of the entire organization of ZNPMFC are presentable and it
was maintained by the organization.

4. The funding of the organization.

 I think they manage their funds well.

B. Your Department of Function Area

1. Describe your Department of functional area and how it fits into the total organization.
 I think our department is more competitive now than before.

2. Describe the structures, methods of operation and facilities within our department or functional
area.
 The structure, methods of operation and facilities within our department or functional are
renovated, and if there are damages, they can easily change into new. Also, if the students
need help, the Dean of the department and other instructors can easily accommodate and
response to their concerns.

3. How does your position fit into the department?

 As a criminology intern, I just follow the instructions given by the supervisor and other
personnel.

C. Description of position
 1. What was the original description and objectives?
 It is to observe and support PNP staff, and their ability to create team to become possible
solution.

2. Has your position description and/or objectives changed? If yes, describe those changes and why
the occurred?
 No.

3. Explain how you have accomplished or not accomplished its objectives?

 I have just attained the objectives with the help and guidance of the PNP staff in order to
complete the entire task that has given to me.

4. Summarized how you spend the hours during your practicum/internship including the specific
accomplishments.
 I spent my hours during my internship by always observing, experience and especially
follow the task that they will give to me.

1. What is your evaluation of your performance?

 Do my best and get the good job from the personnel.

2. What would you recommend that you do to improve your performance?

 I recommend to myself to boost my confidence.

professional development.
 I experience their work on the field.

4. What challenges did you face? And how did you address those challenges? (Give at least one
example)
 I challenge myself on reassembling the GALIL and Caliber 45.

 I think it would be the major subjects.

E. What recommendation can you give to improve practicum/internship immersion in the future?

 The recommendation myself to finish my internship well and good so that I will bring it
until to the near future.
