The voluntary sector is usually the third sector with individual owners. This sector has the
purpose of bringing benefits to the community, not bringing profit and does not belong to
the state.

Capella Hotel Group is a private limited corporation whose current owner (as of 2020) is
Mr. Cristiano Rinaldi. Capella Hotel Group is a subsidiary of Pontiac Land Group
(Pontiac Land, no date), with investment from member companies around the world, the
group has a scattered presence in many countries such as Thailand, China, Indonesia,
Vietnam, etc (Capella, no date).
Accor Group
Accor Hotels is a famous French private hotel group headquartered in the Immeuble
Odyssey building. 13th arrondissement of Paris, established in 1967 by founders Paul
Dubrule and Gérard Pélisson (Seaproperty about Accor Hotel, no date). The group has
prominent subsidiaries on the stock exchange such as Novotel Hotel Ha Noi Thai Ha
which has business registration number 0101405789, tax code 001. However, Accor
Group only holds to manage and operate the system, while the owner is Hoa Binh Real
