comittment of respect

I, ______________________, commit to respecting all

medicines that I choose to work with.
“You go deep enough or far

out enough in consciousness

and you will bump into the

sacred. It’s not something we

generate; it’s something out

there waiting to be discovered.

And this reliably happens

to nonbelievers as well as

believers.”

– Michael Pollan

Discover your intention
work through the questions and then write your intention(s) below. you can start your
intention with: “teach/show me...” or, “i want to have a better relationship with...”
this could be your traumas, childhood, actual relationships, or something else.
My intention(s) is/are:

if there’s one thing that could be lifted off my shoulders forever, what
question: would it be?

what made me decide to say yes to this experience now?

question:

question:
what do i seek to understand or learn?

what do I want to do once I achieve my goals?
question:

are there afflictions that i would like to heal or

question:
suffering that i want to alleviate?

do i feel like i understand and know myself? If not, how come? where do i
question:
know i need to be more honest with myself?

question:
am i open to nurturing the relationship i have with myself? can i show
myself compassion, even if it’s difficult?

“enlightenment – so being
in non-judgment, full
acceptance, total trust and
surrender of your will to
the higher self, is what’s
necessary to be able to
transition through this time.

And the one thing that gets

in the way of that is to lose
our connection with ourself.”

– Salimeh Tabrizi

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

HEY.

i created this journal to help people navigate experiences

that bring forth healing, transformation, and change. i’m a
strong believer in “doing the work” and that healing is a
never-ending process.

when covid hit, i lost my job in the retreat space and was
about to launch the Mindful Travel Journal... in the middle of
a pandemic.

i quickly pivoted and created this journal and soon after, the
6-Week Intention Journal (for microdosing).

throughout my healing journey, i wished i had a tool:

one space where i could prepare and ground, navigate my
experiences, and deeply integrate the teachings.

no matter what we’re going through, putting pen to paper and

letting our thoughts flow can be extremely powerful.

And i hope this journal encourages you to harness that power.

to more wakeful travels,

Jenny
