It "MUST" be taken into account that honesty and charisma giving the best
of oneself leads us to an "INFINITY" of situations. Not "HAVE TO" wait for
them to tell me what I "SHOULD" do the opposite, always having the best
attitude in every challenge in life.

RTA: “I THINK THAT” optimizing the resources that the company provides us,
reusing to “have” less environmental impact

2. WHAT KIND OF INCENTIVES COULD A GREEN COMPANY OFFER TO

ITS EMPLOYEES?

RTA: “I CONSIDER THAT” more talks “SHOULD” be given about how we affect
the environment if we do not use natural resources in the best way, using materials
that can be recycled.
3. IN WHAT OTHER WAYS COULD BUSINESSES INVOLVE THEIR
EMPLOYEES IN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES?
RTA: “HAVE TO” raise awareness among staff with videos, training in the use of
resources with educational games.
 CONCLUCIONS

In a globalized world, speaking English is a great tool to access better jobs,

it is an additional competitive advantage, the necessity to access the labor
market. Environmental conservation guarantees and ensures environmental
services, corporate environmental responsibility obliges business
organizations to prevent, avoid and repair environmental damage that their
activity may cause damage to the environment.
