Reflection

A. AS A STUDENT, WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF DOING THE ACTIVITY?


B. HOW DOES THE ACTIVITY HELP YOU TO IMPROVE YOUR OWN FITNESS AND
WELLNESS?

As a student, carrying out this activity, and in particular learning


the fundamentals of dance position, helps me to maintain my

balance and coordination when dancing, similar to how our feet and

arms work together when performing dance. I can say that with the

help of this activity, I will be able to dance without music by


counting the steps. After two weeks of practicing the moves and

haplik dance, I noticed that my body was more at ease performing

each step, which helps me improve my fitness and wellness. I also


feel a lightness in my body as I move. Finally, doing this activity

helps to relieve some of my stress.
