VACATION BOOKING AND AGREEMENT

This is an agreement term to be read and signed by you regarding a vacation
booking with our client.
They are protocols to be followed for a successful vacation booking. The terms and
conditions are as follows
1. Security
2. Covid Rules
3. Transportation
4. Reservation
5. Vacation Charge
6. Finalization and Agreement

SECURITY: First and foremost before accepting a vacation, we will have to make
inquiries about your country, residence and State. This is to ensure maximum
security and also the safety of our client. We can’t endanger our client to
insecurity. If your country isn’t safe, then you will have to travel to meet our client
or move the vacation to another country depending on your vacation plan. We also
provide bodyguards for our client to avoid kidnap or any form of harm that would
come to our client.
Note: All charges for both Security, Accommodations, Flight and Vacation fee
would be paid by you. At the end of all term you will get to see the vacation plans
and cost before you can sign the agreement
.
COVID RULES: If your country is under lockdown or restriction, our client will
not be able to come because we adhere strictly to covid guidelines and rules. You
are also advice to go for test to show you are not positive before you can come
across our client.

TRANSPORTATION: The total cost of transfer would be calculated and an

estimated amount will be sent for you for the cost of flight of our client and
securities. This is mandatory since you are the one requesting for a meet and greet.
RESERVATION: A hotel would be book down for you and our client to meet by
us. Our client is not allowed to come to your house for security reason. He can pay
a visit but not to stay for more than 24 hours for security purposes. You can stay as
long as you want with him in his hotel.
Note: Before the day of agreement, our security would be around to survey all
areas for the safety of our client.

VACATION PLANS: We have three types of vacation plans. We have the VIP
Vacation, Economy Vacation and Special Vacation.
VIP BOOKINGS: You will be in charge of the place of vacation. In this type of
booking, you can bring friends and family to meet on your desired location with
our client. This vacation last for 3-4 weeks. The cost of this vacation range from
$25,000 to $50,000 dollars.
In this vacation, Extension of Contract is allowed.
ECONOMY VACATION: The management is in charge of all schedules and
booking, he is to choose the desired location of meeting and this type of vacation
only last for 1-2 weeks.
Extension of Contract is under probability. The management can decide to accept
or decline the request. The cost of this vacation range from $5000 - $15,000
dollars.
SPECIAL VACATION BOOKINGS: This are Vacation booked mostly by
business associate for business purposes or more. The special Vacation is planned
and discuss by both the management, client and you. Once there is an agreement a
contract would be send to you stating the duration, Terms and Charge.

us as soon as possible. We would get back to you and give you feedback in respect
to your vacation.

management you will get a feedback from us soon regarding your approval or
disapproval. All charge and how to make deposit would be send after your
bookings has been approved.
