1.
Pareto chart:

Interpret my results:

 In these results, the largest source of child immunization is from ‘No transport”. The
chart shows 185 issues about ‘No transport”, which account for 50.3% of all the reasons
stated.

2.
Interpret my results:

 The p-value for density is less than 0.0001, which is less than the significance level of
0.05. These results indicate that the association between stiffness and density is
significant.
 The p-value for temp is 0.355. which is more than the significance level of 0.05. The
association is not statistically significant.
 In these results, the model explains approximately 85% of the variation in the response.
 However, there appears to be an outlier in the top right corner of the scatterplot. This
point corresponds to observation 21, which is shown in the table of Fits and Diagnostics
for Unusual Observations. Because the outlier could have a strong effect on the results,
the engineer should investigate this point to determine its cause.

3.

 I use Poisson to analyze the process

Interpret my results:

 The Defect Rate graph shows a slight decrease in defects as sample size increases. The U
chart indicates process stability with one outlier.
 Investigating sample size effect and process instability is necessary for capability
analysis.
 The Cumulative Defects per Unit (DPU) chart suggests a relatively stable DPU,
estimated at 0.0265 with a confidence interval of 0.0237 to 0.0295.
 Improving the process could further reduce DPU.
 One point more than 3.00 standard deviations from center line. Test Failed at points: 36
4.

 Using Xbar-S chart to monitor the weight of the cans.

Interpret my results:

 One points (3) fails test 1 (one point more than 3 standard deviations from center
line)
5.
Using Assistant-Control chart:
Interpret my results:

 The Xbar charts show that Machine 1,2,3 is out of control.

 The process mean may not be stable. 9 (9.0%) subgroups are out of control on the
Xbar chart. Keep in mind that you may see 0.7% out-of-control subgroups by chance,
even when the process is stable.

6.

 Using between/within capability analysis

Interpret my results:

 The Points fall in an approximately straight line along the fitted line and the p-value >
0.05, therefore the data are normally distributed.

 The distance from the process mean to the nearest specification limit (USL) is less than
the one-sided process spread. Therefore, Ppk is low , and the overall capability of the
process is poor.
