I am writing to draw your attention to the inappropriate parking of staff members
from your Central Avenue branch, which has caused a deduction in customers of my supermarket. Firstly, our free and ample parking spaces has always been an advantage over other supermarkets in this region. However, the parking spaces are in danger of overflowing recently. Most of the parking spaces have been taken up by cars of your employees, with few left for customers. Therefore, less customers were inclined to shop in our supermarket, since the free parking services have been severely affected. Secondly, parking has never been a worry for our staff members. Yet in the recent week, the congestion of the parking lots has brought parking to our concerns. Many of our staff have arrived late for work, due to the fact that they have to spend unnecessary time searching for parking spaces. As a result, the income of our supermarket has decreased, since I am forced to delay opening times waiting for the late staff. It would be advisable for you to increase the parking spaces available, meanwhile considering the needs of your own staff members. Although organizing a company is undoubtedly demanding, the parking requirements of nearby facilities and residents should not be overlooked. I recommend that you give this idea your prompt consideration. Regarding the employees involved, I suggest that you speak to them regarding this problem, to ensure that both companies are minimally inconvenienced. This would also help your staff to seek cheaper and better forms of transportation. I look forward to receiving your reply regarding this incident. Meanwhile, I hope my complaints will be treated with a degree of urgency, and that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
