Base Price : IDR............Per MT FOB Barge MCT. Excluding applicable PPN at the

Quality and Quantity : Final and binding to both parties as per the certificate issued by
mutually agreed independent surveyor at loading Jetty.

Price adjustment : If the Gross Calorific Value is determined above or below 3700
Kcal/kg following formula to be applied for price adjustment.

- Adjusted FOB price = Base price x actual GCV (ARB) Kcal/kg / 3700 Kcal/kg.
- If the GCV (ARB) is below 3500 Kcal/kg buyer has the right to reject the cargo.
- GCV Bonus applicable until 3800 GAR.
- There shall be no penalties on other parameters as stated above.

Loading Jetty : Jetty..............................East Kalimantan

Payment : 100% payment by TT as per below :

- 40 % within 2 working days of biz confirmation.
- 50 % at Barge Berthing and commencement of barge loading.
- 10 % within 3 working days from the date of final invoice sent by email to the buyer.
