I’d like to talk about an activity I like doing to keep healthy.

The activity is
playing basketball.

I often play basketball at the weekend and sometimes after school in the
week. I like playing basketball with my classmates and my friends. We often
play basketball on the outdoor court. We always play three-on-three
basketball games.

In my opinion, playing basketball is a fantastic activity to keep healthy. It’s a


team sport that involves a lot of running, jumping, passing and shooting.
Playing basketball can exercise the whole body and burns a lot of calories. It
can also improve endurance and make your muscles strong.

Finally, I enjoy playing basketball because it doesn't need a big field, you can
easily find a court anywhere. You can practice by yourself or have a game
with your friends. Playing basketball makes me feel relaxed and forget the
troubles of life.
