Subject: THEFT OF DIESEL – Bayog Project

INCIDENT REPORT
I am pleased to report that there was a theft of diesel occurred in the area
located Brgy. Liba, Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur.

That the person involved are the following:

1. NESTOR C. SOON
2. MARK G. MALONGGO
3. ELTON PARAON SEBAG

That after a careful investigation the abovementioned persons confessed to

the said theft of diesel and according to them, they conspired to commit the said
act. Their confessions are herein attached.

That the abovementioned individuals were already reprimanded accordingly.

It is hereby recommended that these individuals should be terminated and be

held criminally liable for the said incident.
