SPECIMEN SUBMITTED:
Cadaver of Princess Padua, 23 years old, 150cm in height, and a resident of Sta. Cruz
Ballesteros, Cagayan.
PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:
In determining the cause of death.
FINDINGS:
POSTMORTEM FINDINGS:
1. Multiple stab wounds similar to that of a caliber on the thorax are measuring 2.5cm per
stab wound.
- Aortic Hematoma caused by 5 stab wounds on the left side of thorax.
- Left Subclavian Arterial Rupture caused by stab wounds on the upper left side of the
thorax.
- Direct Cardiac Rupture due to a stab wound on the left ventricle.
2. Hack wound on the left clavicle area measuring 8inches in length causing shock and
massive bleeding.

CONCLUSION:
Cause of death multiple stab wounds on the thorax area and the hack wound on the left
clavicle.
