free flour is a special blend designed to bake like regular
white flour. Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour is suitable for a
variety of cooking uses such as thickening sauces, gravies,
casseroles, coating & crumbing. It's also great for baking
cakes, muffins, slices, biscuits, desserts & pastry. When
making bread we recommend using a gluten free bread
mix. Free from wheat, gluten, dairy & yeast. Endorsed by
