Undertaking by Direct Seller

The Direct seller hereby covenants through this undertaking that as under:

1. I undertake that I am of or above 18 years of age, I am an Indian Citizen & sound mind and I have provided with the required
information accurately, I have reliable documents to support this declaration.
2. I undertake that I have read out and clearly understood the application form, Business plan, policies, its limitations and
conditions and he/she is not relying upon any representation or promises that is not set out in these terms and conditions or
other official printed or published materials of the Company.
3. I undertake that Relation with the company and the Direct Seller’s activities here under shall be governed not only to this
Contract but also policies, the rules / procedure defined by the company, Business plan, code of conduct and practice issued
by the company from time to time and available on website. I confirm that I have read out and clearly understood all the terms
& conditions thereof and agrees to be bound by them.
4. I undertake that I will be updated about the policies, the rules / procedure defined by the company, Business plan, code of
conduct and practices through the website of the company and applicable provisions related to Consumer protection Act, 2019
and Consumer protection (Direct selling) Rules, 2021, from time to time, in the interest of the consumer.
5. I undertake that the entire legal, statutory, financial and other obligations associated with the direct seller shall be the sole
responsibility of the me/mine.
6. I undertake that I shall act as a freelance body on Principal-to-Principal Basis and shall not commit any misfeasance or
malfeasance to create any liability/obligation over the Company of whatsoever nature.
7. I undertake that I am not an agent, Employee or any other Legal representative of the Company or its service providers and
shall not be entitled to any employee benefits.
8. I undertake that I know, Direct seller is not authorized to receive any money for and on behalf of the Company hence any
payment received by the me from any person declaring that the amount is being received for and on behalf of the Company
shall not be deemed to be received by the Company.
9. I undertake that I have not been given any assurance or promise or inducement by the Company or its Directors or the Direct
Seller who is introducing me in regard to any fixed income incentive, prize or benefit on account of any purchase and I have
applied to appoint me as a Direct Seller on my own volition.
10. I undertake to abide by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Direct Selling Rules, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Consumer
Affairs.
11. I undertake to get all the required registration such as GST, PAN, Food Business operator License, trade license or other
applicable licenses as applicable upon me.
12. I undertake, hereby declare that all the information furnished to the Company are true and correct. Company shall be at sole
discretion and liberty to take any action against the Direct Seller in the event, it is discovered that the Direct Seller furnished
any wrong/false information to the Company or the Consumer with regard to the products.
13. I undertake that I am the concerned person hence fully conversant with the fact discussed above. And I have agreed and
without any pressure to be appointed as Direct Seller in whole India on terms and condition as contained in this Contract.
14. I have read and understood the terms and conditions for appointment of Direct Seller of the Company and I have also gone
through the Company's official website, printed materials, brochures, policies and convinced about the business and I have
applied to appoint me as a Direct Seller on my own volition.
15. I undertake to adhere for policies, procedures, rules and regulations formed by the Company and I confirm having read/been
explained and understood the contents of the document on policy and procedures of the appointment of Direct Seller.
16. I undertake that I will download the company mobile application.
17. I undertake that I will give timely reply to all communications which made to me by the company.
18. I undertake that if I am indulging in cross lining then company can panelise me with forfeit of weekly and monthly commissions
and also hold my pay out for up to 45 days as per the Clause 5.15 of cross-lining mentioned in Direct Seller Agreement. I also
undertake that if I have repeated the cross-lining in team more than one time, then company shall be authorised to take action
against my DS Code, I.e. Delist of DS Code.
