Research Methodology

Research Methodology:

The methodology of research clarifies the type of research conducted, the type of method
wed the samples studied and the research techniques adopted for the correction & analysis of
the collected information.

Objective of the Study:

1) To find out the job satisfaction of the employees in relation to the working environment.
2) TO study the work Experience of the employee.
4) To study the attitude of the employees towards their work.

Scope:
The Study has covered only the employees of fold & Beverages factory, Uppinangady (and
selected various department employees of the company.) It is not related to any other
company’s employees. All the information, which is given by the researcher is purely related
to food & Beverages factory Uppinangady.

Data:
The present study is based on both primary and secondary data.

1)Primary Data:
This is first- hand information primary data has been collected using structured questionnaire
created in google forms . The study is conducted through online survey by google forms.

2) Secondary data:
This is second hand data. Secondary data has been collected from the published data.
