SUBJECT : Spot Report of Stabbing Incident that resulted
to the Death of Kristine Jane W. Rosa
DATE : October 27, 2022
1. On or about October 26, around 10:30 pm, a stabbing incident transpired in front of
Junction labangan located in Tapuduc, Labangan Zamboanga Del Sur, The victim was
identified as one Kristine Jane Rosa, 20 years old, single, a nurse of Labangan hospital
and resident of Poblacion San Pablo Zamboanga Del Sur.
2. Initial investigation revealed that the victim was standing in front of junction labangan
waited for bus going to San Pablo. When a one unidentified suspect wearing black hoodie
jacket suddenly stopped and stabbed the victim 2 times in the stomach. The unidentified
suspect run after the incident happened to the north.
3. The victim Kristine Jane Rosa who sustained twice stab wound was rushed to Manupac
Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.
4. The motive behind the incident is still unknown.

SUBJECT : Progress Report of Stabbing Incident that resulted
to the Death of Kristine Jane W. Rosa
1. Reference:
1. Spot report on stabbing incident dated October 26, 2022.
2. This pertains to the stabbing incident that transpired in front of Junction labangan located
at Tapuduc Labangan Zamboanga Del Sur. At around 10:30 in the evening of October 26,
2022. Be informed that the victim, Nurse Kristine Jane Rosa is assigned at labangan
Hospital at Tapuduc Labangan Zamboanga Del Sur. The said victim is now burial at her
home towm Poblacion San Pablo Zamboanga Del Sur.
3. The victim Kristine Jane Rosa was declared dead upon arrival to the Manupac Hospital at
Tapuduc Labangan Zamobonga Del Sur on October 26, 2022. The immediate cause of
death is the wounds on her stomach.
4. Interview conducted on one of the witness Mrs. Jazzle Jam Tapay, a sales lady, that on
the same location revealed that the unknown man stab directly and go after that. The said
suspect was wearing a hoodie black jacket. The victim even called help but no one will
attempt to help because of there no more people that time and the witness said that he
saw the suspect after the he stab the victim and run.
5. Further development will be sent to the office as soon as obtained.

III. Facts
Around 10:30 in the evening the victim Kristine Jane Rosa is waiting for the bus going home
to San Pablo, later on there was unknown man wearing black hoodie jacket boy stab directly to
the victim then the suspect run after that.
About 11:00 in the evening the undersigned personnel of Labangan Police Station, PO1
Eugine Kindo received a report from the incident that make an preliminary investigation while
the victim is dead on arrival on the hospital.
IV. Recommendation
In view of the foregoing this office hereby recommends to refer this instant case before
the office of the city prosecutor.

2. In relation to a case of stabbing that transpired in front of junction Labangan

located in Tapuduc, Labangan Zamboanga Del Sur at around 10:30 in the evening
of October 26, 2022 involving the victim Ms. Kristine Jane Rosa, female, single,
20 years old, one of the nurse of Labangan Hospital at Campo Islam labangan
Zamboanga Del Sur.
3. On October 27, 2022, resulted of general examination conducted by the PNP

crime laboratory of office, yielded positive result for stabbing incident that there
are 2 stab in the victim’s stomach. The knife was found and the fingerprint has on
it and it is found out that there is found match about the suspect.
4. On October 26, 20022, a criminal complaint for murder under Art. 269 of RPC
was referred against suspects for request proceedings at the office of the city
prosecutor. Said suspect was identified Mojahidin Toma, the suitor of the victim,
he was temporally detained at the custodial facility of Labangan Police Station
while waiting for the release of the inquest resolution.

Initial investigation disclosed that stabbing incident is because of hatred or jealous.
III. Facts of the case

Between 10:30 to 11:00 in the evening of October 26, 2022. The nurse Ms. Kristine
Jane Rosa stab of unidentified suspect wearing black hoodie jacket and it was dead on
arrival.
IV. Discussion
The nurse has an admirer that she reject and instead of choosing another man the
suspect stab the victim. The suspect was so angry about the rejection that’s why he stab
the girl and run away.
V. Conclusion
In conclusion, it found out that the crime was committed is murder for the suspect.
VI. Recommendation
In view of the foregoing this office hereby recommends to refer this instant case
before the office of the city prosecutor.

Fuentivilla , OIC, this station able to arrest in her residence the above named accused by
virtue of Warrant of Arrest (WOA) issued by Hon. Lorie Sebastian. Acting Presiding
Judge, MTCC, municipality of Labangan, Branch 76, NCR, dated December 11, 2022 for
violation of 248 RPC three counts, docketed under crim. Case nos. M-PSG-CR, M-PSG-
16-02149- CR and M-PSG-16—02150-CR without the recommendation of bail.
V. Action Taken: subject person was apprised of his constitutional rights in a dialect known
to his during his arrest and was brought to Provicail Hospital for medical examination
and now under the custudy of this station for proper disposition.

Investigation disclosed that on the above stated TDPO, V-1 travelling North-West
direction along the way turning right as Brgy. Tuburan when it was bumped and hit by V-2
