1. Introduction:

 Introduce the selected company and provide a brief overview of its industry and operations.
 Why did you choose this company for analysis?

2. Common Size Analysis:

 Summarize common size financial statements for the company's income statement and balance
sheet.
 What are the major components of the income statement and balance sheet, and how do they
relate to the total?
 Identify any significant trends or patterns observed in the common size statements (show the
graph for trend).
 Discuss the implications of these trends on the company's financial performance and position.

3. Ratio Analysis:

 Discuss the key financial ratios derived from the annual report, including liquidity ratios,
profitability ratios, solvency ratios, and efficiency ratios.
 What do these ratios reveal about the company's financial health and performance?
 Compare the company's ratios to industry benchmarks or competitors, if available.
 Highlight any strengths or weaknesses identified through the ratio analysis.
Required:

a) Download an annual report of any corporation and prepare a report on the basis of above
given headings and requirements under each heading.
b) After the completion of report you are required to prepare a presentation:
 Prepare a professional presentation summarizing the key findings of the common size and
ratio analysis.
 Use visual aids such as charts, graphs, and tables to illustrate your analysis.
 Provide explanations and insights based on the analysis conducted.
 Be prepared to answer questions and engage in a discussion with your audience regarding
your findings and conclusions
