The modes of communication are verbal, non-


verbal, and visual.
Verbal Communication includes face-to-face communication, telephone conversations,
radio broadcasts, etc.
Verbal messages are messages communicated through words and language, either
spoken or written.
Face-to face communication
*Easy to communicate, most common, can express feelings thoroughly
Virtual communication are:
*a cost-effective way to dramatically reduce your operating expenses; and

-internet connection, web cameras, social media
Audio communication transmits sounds.
-telephone/cellphone/smartphone
Non-verbal Communication includes body language, posture,
and facial expressions.
