The terms and conditions of your appointment are given below:

You will be paid an annual sum of Rs.2,76,000/- (RUPEES TWO LAKHS SEVENTY SIX
THOUSAND ONLY), which includes all your perquisites and allowances entitled for your
position.

Your appointment will be subject to you being medically fit at the commencement of and at
any time during the tenure of your employment with the company. The company has a right
at all times to send you for a medical check-up to ascertain your fitness for the job.

You will be governed by the service rules of this company as may be applicable to you from
time to time.

The company reserves the right to alter or modify its working hours or to increase you to
work up to forty- eight hours in any week or nine hours on any day.

The company will reimburse all reasonable expenses on your boarding of which will be
before you proceed on such assignments.
