Royal Farms is excited to announce a new employee benefit designed to assist you in times of financial emergency.
We have partnered with Rapid! PayCard to provide your with Rapid! OnDemand Pay. This program will provide
employees with early access to their earned wages when they need them. This training will provide you all the
information you need to know about this exciting new benefit, including a review of the benefits, how it works, and
how to enroll, among other things. We are just as passionate about delighting our employees in a way that creates
loyalty as much as we are our customers and we hope this new benefit delights you!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Rapid! OnDemand uses payroll and timecard data to calculate your earned wages

Wages are available in OnDemand within a few hours after you’ve worked (but can take up to
24 hours)

Log in to view your earned wages

Access up to 60% of your earned wages (after taxes, fees, and deductions) before payday!

Transfer money to your preferred payment method (debit card, bank account, or Rapid!
Paycard) and the funds are automatically deducted from your next paycheck

Access an unlimited amount of transfers each pay period of available wages; available wages
reset to $0.00 Thursday monrning at the start of the new pay period

Choose ‘Cash Pickup’ delivery option to pick up cash directly from a Walmart location (fees

Opt-in to the program via your personal UKG Pro login/account

Navigate to any of the ‘Pay’ pages

Select, ‘Opt-In for On Demand Pay’ from Things I Can Do box along the right-hand
side of the page.

Opt-in and save and submit your selection

Follow the steps included on the Rapid! OnDemand Pay job aide to enroll, set up
your account, and access your pay

PAYMENT TYPES & FEES

Payment Options:

• Rapid! PayCard: free and instant transfer to an existing Rapid! PayCard

• Register Rapid! Paycard: sign up for a PayCard through Rapid! to be used specifically for OnDemand
Pay transfers. Select “instant” or “personalized”; card arrives within 7-10 business days. Choosing this
option, you must wait until you physically receive the card to be able to access your funds

• Instant Pay (Debit Card): instant transfer to a debit card

• Standard ACH: bank account transfer (checking or savings account) within 1-3 business days

• Same Day ACH: bank account transfer (checking or savings) within 1 business day

• Cash Pickup: use your government-issued ID and a code that is emailed to you to pick up your cash
payment immediately from any Walmart location

You choose how you are paid for each transfer and you can have multiple payout options set up on each account;
choose what’s most convenient for you!

Fees vary based on the payout type selected
