agree to all the conditions and give my consent to his/ her participation,I shall also
instruct him / her to strictly follow the Instruction of coach and teachers who is
provide coaching in Summer break and I shall not hold KVS responsible for anything
arising out of the failure of the students to follow the instruction .
Note:
Major responsibility of parents is Drop your son/daughter on time , and pick
your son/ daughter on time .
No Need to give mobile phone if any urgency teacher will help .
Send lunch box and bottle with students .
Students are come in proper uniform of sports ex. Lower , T-shirt ,
shorts ,shoes etc.
