A. Identifikasi ragam bahasa apakah yang digunakan dalam percakapan tersebut dan
jelaskan alasannya. / Identify what style of language used in the conversation and
explain your answer.

Jawab : menurut saya percakapan diatas menggunakan bahasa kasual/informal karena

memiliki kalimat yang disingkat-singkat dan menggunakan beberapa kata yang
popular/slangs/ I think the conversation abose uses casual/informal language
because it has abbreviated sentences and uses some popular word/slangs.

B. Identifikasi topik percakapan tersebut. / Identify the topic of the

conversation.

Jawab : hasil identifikasi saya adalah kalimat diatas menggunakan kalimat informal
dan isi percakapan diatas tentang dua orang yang sedang mencari pekerjan dan sudah
diwawancarai dan sedang menunggu hasilnya. / The result of may indentification is
that the sentence above uses informal sentences and the contents of the
conversation above are about two people who are looking for work and have been
interviewed and are waiting for the results.

⁃ I am an accounting manager with 5 years of accounting experience in the
real estate and marketing industry. Mastering general accounting knowledge,
payroll, budgeting and opening. Proficient in implementing innovative accounting
practices and procedures to increase efficiency.
⁃ My office is in the downstream dam, tanah abang, central jakarta.
⁃ The interesting thing about my job is that we can manage employee
benefits, recruitmen, employees orientation, performance managent processes,
license tracking and HR data collection. Skilled in communication, building
relationships with employees at all levels, HRIS, applicant tracking and benefit
management.
⁃ Working as an accounting manager makes me happy because it has been my
dream since i was young and can hepl my parents and friends in the workplace as
well as encourage each other and cooperate with other employees.
