3. Kindly MEMORIZE your APPLICANT NUMBER, COURSE CODE, AND COURSE ACRONYM
4. Lost SLU-CEE permit may be replaced under meritorious circumstances. Bring one (1) 2x2 picture and proceed to Window 9 of
the University Registrar’s Office.
5. ANY ALTERATION IN THE SLU-CEE Permit will INVALIDATE your permit. Kindly refer immediately to Window 9 of the University
Registrar’s Office for any discrepancy or error in the encoded information; and,
6. The paid up SLU-CEE Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE; this Permit however is valid up to the last Special SLU-CEE in August 2024.
7. Examinees should come to the testing site one (1) hour before the testing schedule.

THINGS TO BRING ON CEE DAY:

1. SLU-CEE PERMIT (with attached 2” x 2” picture)
Only drinking water is allowed inside the testing rooms. Examinees are advised to eat a full meal before entering the examination
