DVH and Dose Outcome Reporting

Prescription: 66.6Gy in 37 fractions to the prostate fossa.


PTV Goals:
• At least 95% PTV to receive 100% of the prescription dose
• 0.03 cc of PTV to receive less than 115% prescription dose

1. Is the PTV receiving the desired coverage as listed above? How do you know? Be specific (1.5 points).

2. Is the PTV receiving a maximum dose of less than 115%? How do you know? Be specific (1.5 Points).

3. Using the DVH below, find the requested OAR values as listed in the table below and report the approximate outcome.
