Dear Parents, Learners, Teachers, and Staff,

A Heartfelt Thank You for an Incredible Year at WHS

First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Lord for showering us with His blessings throughout the past year. It has been a year of
growth, resilience, and continuous learning, and we are truly thankful for the support and guidance that has been bestowed upon us. As we approach the end of
2023, it is with immense gratitude and joy that we reflect on the fantastic year we've had at WHS.

Sports, particularly, has been a source of immense pride for our school community. Our Netball 1st team girls clinched the League trophy, showcasing
their talent, determination, and teamwork. The Rugby 1st team drew with Windhoek Gymnasium in the league finals, a testament to their skill and resilience. Our
Hockey 1st team boys secured a well-deserved second place as well as all other teams that made it to the semifinals and finals, adding another achievement to our list.
The spirit displayed during Interhigh was nothing short of amazing, with the blue spirit captivating everyone around us at every turn, just to mention a few highlights
for 2023.

As we celebrate these victories, we also recognize that the end of the year marks a time of farewells. It is a bittersweet moment as we bid adieu to some of our
learners and a teacher, some of whom have played an integral parts of the WHS family for many years. This is the cycle of life, and while we will miss them dearly, we
wish them safe journeys and a future filled with prosperity. Simultaneously, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of new learners and teachers who will be joining WHS in
January. We extend a warm welcome to them and look forward to embracing the fresh energy and perspectives they bring to our school community.
To those departing, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your hard work, enthusiasm, and passion for the Blue School. Your contributions have left an
indelible mark, and you will always be remembered as valued members of the WHS family.

Thank you to every one of you who has contributed positively towards the betterment of the Blue School.

As we conclude this year, we would like to share the following with you:
