a) How many people are there in your office/management? where did they worked
before?
Ans: In our management we have director and managing director. Director and managing director have
50/50 share of the company.
Our director have 6-7years and managing director 10-12 years works experience.

b) Where is your office/what’s your office address?

Ans: Our Dhaka office location is 264 House # 264/2-J, Monjil City Podma, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka -1206,
And Chattogram office address is Saber Plaza (5th Floor) 161, Strand Road, Barek Building Moar, Agrabad,
Chattogram-4100.

c) How many employees your company have/how many employees works at

Chattogram/Dhaka?

Ans:In our office/company we have 11 employees without director and managing director.3 employes work at
Chattogram and rest of the employes work at Dhaka office.

info: (i) Some employes have experience like 2-3 years and some of them are new.
(ii)3 employes of Chattogram are a sales officer, a operation officer and a service stuff.
(iii)In Dhaka office have 5sales officer,2 customer service officer and a service stuff.

d) Do you guys provide C&F services?

Ans:Yes ,we provide C&F services.

e) Do you have people at the depot for stuffing?

Ans:Yes,we have people at the depot for stuffing,not only depot we also send people for warehouses stuffing too if
needed.

f) Which depot you guys use most of the time?

Ans:Most of the time we use Esack Brothers Industries Limited (Container Yard) & Eastern Logistics Limited.
But we have very good relationship with others depot too.

g) If our C&F cannot check the container, who will check the container?
Ans: No worries, sir we will check the container and confirm you.

h) How much due payment you guys can provide and for how many days?
Ans:Sir its depends on the management I have no authority over the due payment policy but can you tell me how
many container you will probably needed per month and after shipment how many days it will take to pay us.So that I
can talk to my management and we can provide you the due payment service.But most of the clients pay us when
they ask for the BL. Also our company have policy for new client,1st we take cash payment for 2-3 shipment then
management negotiate about due payment policy with clinets.

i) Which others company you guys are working with?
Ans:Ssorry Sir im new in this company I started working for days before that I had 1month of training.As far I can
we work with different commodity ,but I cant tell you specifically.But yesterday I saw our service provider placed a
container booking at OOCL for Apex fish and also a surrender a bl of Favourita foods.Also our management work
with Bashundhara Group.
j) How many days you are providing the service/how many days your company working in
the market/when did your company established?
Ans: Our company providing the service like one and half year and Our company established at 2022.

k) Why is your company located like this area?

Ans: Because of the easy movement for the management.Also our director and managing director home is beside
office.But Sir our management looking for a place at Banani/Gulshan/Uttora to shift our office there.If we found
suitable place we will shift as soon as possible.

l) How many services your company can provide?

Ans: We provide
• Ocean / Sea Freight,
• Air Freight ,
• Import
• LCL (Less than Container Loading)
• Project/Awkward cargo Handling
• Inland Haulage & Transportation
• Custom Brokerage & Clearance
• Warehousing

Note: i) Air freight service provide by our sister concern company for air freight.
ii)For import we cant provide you the good rate now,we are working on it.its better not to take import service
now but if need we cant suggest you importer freight forwarder company.

m) Which shipping line/carrier/vessel do you work with?

Ans: We work with all shipping lines MLO/NOVCC but we prefer to work with MLO and most of the time we use
OOCL, MAERKS Line, EVERGREEN.

n) Which destination you guys work most?

Ans:As shipper requirement we work all over the world. Recently most of our services went to Europe and Middle
East.

o) Commodity wise, which company you work with?

Ans: Commodity wise we work with different company.present from food we working with Apex Fish,Favourita
Food etc.
