The key features of a summary

1. It is shorter than the source, approximately one-quarter to one-third the length of the original.
2. It repeats the main ideas of the source in different phrases and sentences.
3. It includes only the main points and main supporting points, leaving out the details.
4. The origin meaning mustn’t be changed, and the source of the original must be documented.

PART 3. Fill in the gaps with the given words
